Thank you for visiting our website at www.rackheetrust.com (the ‘Platform’), owned and operated by Rackhee Trust (the ‘Owner’). All Information (defined below) voluntarily provided by You on the Platform and/or social media accounts operated by the Owner, assists the Owner in creating an energetically holistic and vibrant space. This privacy policy (the ‘Privacy Policy’) informs You about the guidelines regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Your Information when You create an account, participate in any Program(s) and/or purchase any Products from the Platform. The Owner is committed to securing Your Information and giving You (‘You’) control over Your own Information.
The Privacy Policy shall be read and understood in conjunction with the Terms and Conditions available at Terms and Conditions (‘Terms’). What Information does the Platform collect?
1) Personal Data
(a) While using the Platform and registering Your account, You shall be prompted to complete your ‘Profile’ and provide certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify You. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:
• E-mail address
• First name and last name
• Phone number
• Address (for Product purchases, where applicable)
(b) Your Information is processed based on the consent You expressly grant to the Owner at the time such Information is collected. In case any Additional Data (defined below) is required, You shall be contacted for Your express consent. You have the right to withdraw Your consent at any given point of time either via the Platform or by writing to the Data Protection Officer at me@rackheetrust.com. Note that Your credit/debit card details are not stored on the Platform servers. All payments are processed through third party payment gateways which have separate privacy policies.
2) Usage Data : To serve you better the Owner may use various technologies to collect and store data, including real-time geographic location of your computer or device, computer’s Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type and version, time spent on specific Platform pages, the time and date of Your visit, cookies (i.e., session, preference and security cookies), unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data. This data is collected for the Owner to understand how the Platform is accessed, used and what additional features could be included to improve and customize the Platform. However, if You do not accept cookies, You may not be able to use and experience certain portions of the Platform.
3) Additional Data : We may collect additional information at other times, including but not limited to, when you provide feedback(s), comments, communicate with the Platform members and community, modify your content, respond to posts and articles, or communicate with the Owner. What are Your Rights over the Information?
1) Your rights to the Information are:
(a) Right to access, update, manage and/or to delete the Information via the Platform. If you are unable to perform the actions on the Platform, You may contact us at DPOrackheetrust.com.
(b) Right of rectification of any Information which is inaccurate or incomplete.
(c) Right of data portability wherein You shall have the right to be provided with a copy of the Information on You in a structured and machine-readable format.
(d) Right to unsubscribe from e-mails or to request deletion of Your account at any time and to restrict the processing of Your Information for any future activities.
2) When You delete any Information or request for deletion of Information, internal processes are initiated to make sure that all Your Information is safely and completely removed from all Platform servers within 30 days of Your request. Your Information is stored until Your request for deletion in order to provide You with the best possible service. You may withdraw Your consent by sending an e-mail to DPOrackheetrust.com. However, You agree that certain Information is crucial for Your access and use of the Platform, Programs and/or purchase of Products and deletion of such Information may affect Your use and experience of the Platforms’ vibrant digital space and services.
How does the Platform protect Your Information?
1) Security is built into each segment of the Platform in order to protect Your Information. This includes multiple real-time checks and tests running to help detect and automatically block security threats from ever reaching You. In case of any detection of threat or risk that You should be aware of; the Owner shall notify You and guide You through steps to keep Your privacy protected.

The Owner does not rent, trade or sell Your Information in any manner whatsoever.
